The externally Published Desktop launches in a single window by default.

To enable multi monitors then the following procedure should be followed.

Secure Published Desktop provides a shared desktop to an external client granting access to the network as though logged into a workstation in the office.a

Activate Multi Monitor

1.    Launch the Secure Published Desktop from the icon above.

 

2.    Stretch the window across both monitors (by dragging the right hand edge across).

3 .    From the top right hand corner of the screen select Maximise button

 

 

This will maximise the screen across both monitors.

 

4.    Click Start button  and select Log off the desktop.

 

5.        Once the desktop has closed, relaunch Secure Published Desktop again.

The desktop launches but the taskbar, which includes the start button, is shown on the right hand monitor and not the left hand (primary) monitor.

6.    At the top, in the center of your primary screen is a black rectangle with dots in.  Hover your mouse pointer over the rectangle.

Immediately you will get the Citrix Desktop Viewer shown as below:

 

7.    Select Restore button in top right hand corner of the screen

8.    From the top right hand corner of the screen select Maximise button once again.

The Task bar will show on the correct monitor.

 

Note: These settings will be saved the next time you log off the desktop.
