Ensure citrix passthrough is working and not prompting for password
Rename your normal account or terminal server roaming profile according to xenapp server region you’re testing and login with normal account to server specific desktop through citrix and ensure PNAgent is not prompting for URL.
Ensure able to launch citrix applications from PNAgent and the webinterface  URL is configured according to the region of the xenapp server or xenapp client
Ensure client printers are autocreated and also make sure PDF995 printer is working properly
Launch server specific desktop or published desktop via webinterface and RAS portal
Ensure you have the following options in PNAgent.  1) Reconnect Online Sessions  2) Log Off Sessions
Ensure your able copy and paste text and images between LP/workstation or laptop to citrix ica session.
