Operational Activities
EdgeSight for Endpoint Agent must be installed on the LaunchPad device. EdgeSight will send an email notification depending on which alerts have been set up.
The ICA protocol is a protocol optimized for Wide Area Networks (WANs) with high latency links.
Within ICA are virtual channels that correspond to virtual drivers; each providing a specific function (i.e, KVM, printing, audio, etc.). An ICA virtual channel is a bidirectional connection for the exchange of generalized package data between a Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop Server and a ICA compliant client. 
1.1 WFICA32 Application Error Alert
An email notification will be sent when all of these criteria are met:
· Application Event Log Error
· Event ID 1000
· Description: Faulting application name: WFICA32

The first thing the client should try to do is log on again.
If the client does not get logged back into their VDI then reboot the LaunchPad Device.
To reboot the LaunchPad Device, type CTRL + F1, and then select Restart
